Baked Chickpeas

Adapted from FoodNetwork


2 (15 oz) cans chickpeas

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon pepper

½ teaspoon salt

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F, lightly grease a baking sheet

2. Drain, rinse, and dry chickpeas

3. Combine oil and spices, then add chickpeas and toss to coat

4. Bake until golden brown, approx. 25 minutes, shake or stir about ½ way through


Makes about 14 (1/4 cup) servings at 70 calories
