Chili Lime Slaw

Adapted from How Sweet It Is


1 small head of green cabbage (approx. 600-700 grams)

1 tablespoon olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

½ teaspoon chipotle chili powder

1 ½ tablespoons light brown sugar

2 teaspoons hot sauce

½ lime, juiced

1. Shred cabbage
2. Heat a large skillet over low heat and add oil
3. Cook cabbage and garlic for 2 minutes
4. Add chili powder, light brown sugar, and hot sauce to skillet, stir to coat cabbage
5. Transfer to a LAAAAARGE bowl, and add lime juice, toss to coat
6. Store in the fridge until chilled or ready to use
