Honey Sriracha BBQ Sauce

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 medium onions, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

¾ cup ketchup

¼ cup light brown sugar

¼ cup honey

2 tablespoons white vinegar

1 tablespoon molasses

3 tablespoons Sriracha

1 teaspoon Worcestershire

½ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon ground cayenne

½ teaspoon chipotle powder

1. In a large sauce pan, heat the oil then cook the onions and garlic until soft (about 8-10 minutes)
2. Stir in remaining ingredients, bring to a boil
3. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes
4. Puree in a food processor until smooth
