Lemon Herb Pasta

Adapted from Sugar Dish Me

¼ cup olive oil

Juice from ½ lemon

4 cloves (2 teaspoons) minced garlic

1 teaspoon oregano

½ teaspoon thyme

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper

¼ cup Panko breadcrumbs

4 teaspoons grated parmesan cheese

1 box pasta, cooked al dente

1. Combine oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper in a small sauce pot, warm over med/low heat while pasta is cooking

2. When pasta is done, rinse with water, then toss in oil mixture

3. Using the small sauce pot, brown the panko breadcrumbs, add the grated parmesan and stir into pasta, serve
