Low-Cal Chocolate Pancakes

Adapted from Chocolate Covered Katie
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 packets Sweet N’ Low
½ cup + 3 tablespoons 2% milk
2 tablespoons applesauce
1 tablespoon oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
1. Whisk together dry ingredients
2. Whisk together wet ingredients
3. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry until just combined
4. Pour batter (in preferred size pancakes) into a hot skillet/ griddle, cook until the top looks “filmy”/ darker, flip and finish cooking
