(Updated) Chuck Wagon Stew

1 ½ lbs beef stew meat
1 (12 oz) package chicken sausage
1 (7 oz) small onion, chopped
1 ½ lbs baby red potatoes, cut in half
35 (9 oz) baby carrots
2 stalks (3 oz) celery, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (28 oz) can baked beans
Salt & pepper to taste

  1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker
  2. Cook on low for 8-10 hours

Makes 100 ounces at 40 calories each
