Peanutty Chocolate Coconut Bars

Adapted from Martha Stewart

    3 cups (12 oz) crushed chocolate graham crackers
    ¼ cup sugar
    ¾ cup unsalted butter, melted
    1 cup peanuts
    1 cup chocolate chips
    ½ cup peanut butter chips
    1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 ½ cup sweetened shredded coconut

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F, line a 15×10 rimmed baking sheet w/ parchment paper
    2. Combine crushed chocolate graham cracker, sugar, and melted butter, press into the bottom of the baking sheet
    3. Bake crust for 10 minutes, and then cool for 10 minutes
    4. Spread peanuts, chocolate chips, and peanut butter chips over the crust
    5. Evenly pour the sweetened condensed milk over it all, and then sprinkle the coconut over it
    6. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the coconut is toasted
    7. Cool, and then cut into bars
