Homemade “Shake N Bake”

makes about 2.25 cups
 
½ cup Almond meal (flour)
½ cup All-purpose flour
¾ cup Chipotle Panko bread crumbs
½ cup Rice Krispies, crushed
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon Paprika
1. Combine all ingredients
2. Store in an airtight container
3. Use about ¼ cup at a time… the Panko crumbs absorb moisture quickly, so it will get VERY clumpy if you use too much
