Spicy Sausage Dip

1 lb hot Italian sausage
1 package (16oz) Velveeta w/ 2% Milk
1 jar (16oz) Chi-Chi’s Hot Chunky Salsa
1. Cook sausage, drain, and crumble
2. Cut up Velveeta into ½ inch chunks
3. Combine Velveeta, salsa, and sausage in a microwave safe bowl
4. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stir, then microwave in 1 minute intervals until cheese is melted (I did 4 minutes total)
