Zucchini Chips

2 zucchini, sliced thin
3 tablespoons milk
¾-1 cup Italian style breadcrumbs

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F, lightly grease a large baking sheet
  2. Toss the zucchini in a Ziploc bag, then add the milk and shake
  3. Sprinkle in ¾ cup of the breadcrumbs and shake to coat
  4. Lay out the zucchini slices on the baking sheet
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, flip the slices and then bake for 20 more minutes, or until zucchini is desired crispyness
