Chocolate Bourbon Fudge

Adapted from How Sweet It Is.

20 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1 (15 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 airplane bottle bourbon
16 Dove chocolate covered caramels
1 cup chocolate chips, melted
¾ cup toffee chips
¾ cup Sixlets (chocolate candies)

  1. Line an 8×8 pan with foil, and spray with cooking spray
  2. Melt semi-sweet chocolate, gradually add sweetened condensed milk, stir until combined
  3. Stir in vanilla and bourbon, then spread in prepared pan
  4. Press caramels into top of mixture, then chill for 10 minutes
  5. Spread melted chocolate chips over top of fudge, then sprinkle with toffee chips and Sixlets
  6. Chill for at least 30 minutes in the fridge, then cut into desired sized squares
