Homemade Peanut Butter

16 oz dry roasted peanuts

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  1. Pulse the peanuts in a food processor until they break down then start to clump together
  2. When it gets clumpy, add 1 tablespoon honey & 1 tablespoon oil, process until combined
  3. Add the remaining honey and oil, process until smooth

 

makes 2 cups, 32 (1 tbsp.) servings at 92 calories each.
